Class 40 Team Of Oman Sail Confident Ahead Of Transat Jacques Vabre

For Class 40 team of Oman Sail, the final countdown has begun as they preparation for the beginning of the 4,350-mile Transat Jacques Vabre (TJV) from Le Havre to Brazil.


Now only a month has been left for the beginning of classic two-handed ocean race it will start from 5th of November, Sidney Gavignet and Fahad Al Hasni his co-skipper are busy with final preparations of the match and focusing on every small and large detail that can hold a huge significance in the success and failure of the match.

Gavignet, French ocean racing veteran is confident and also proficient in their Oman Sail Class 40. Sharing his thought about the event after returning to the Lorient home port of yacht from the boat show Grand Pavois in La Rochelle, Gavignet reflected on some successful training.
